Please give at least 48 hour notice for cancelling your appointment, and at least 24 hours for rescheduling. Please be on time to your scheduled appointment. I will do everything in my power to be ready for you at the start of your appointment. Clients running late can lead me to be late for my next client. I understand life can happen, so please communicate with me if you are running late and I will do my best to work with you on keeping your appointment or rescheduling if needed. But lack of communication can lead to your appointment being cancelled. I offer a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment. If I don’t hear from you within 15 minutes, I will send you a courtesy text. If I still do not hear from you by the 30 minute mark, I will cancel your appointment and mark you as a no show. Please keep in mind that No Shows will not be able to book again. If you do miss your appointment and reach out within 24 hours, I will write off the no show and mark you as a standard cancellation/reschedule. If you no show a 2nd time, you will not be able to book again, regardless of notifying within 24 hours of the no show. Cancelling within 48 hours can be done by contacting me via instagram. I am lenient with cancellations as I understand life can be unexpected, but if I see a habit of cancelling/rescheduling last minute, or I feel this is being taken advantage of, you may not be able to book again in the future. I will do my best to speak with you on this before making this decision. Please understand these are not rules I want to enforce. While I will do my best to make exceptions in emergency situations, I will set boundaries for my business if you show that you will not commit to the appointments you’ve scheduled.
